Cleaning Up Taylor Park: Register using the Registration Form (linked at the bottom of the page), show up on any of the following dates: 7/1, 7/8, 7/15, 7/22, 7/29, 8/1, 8/15, 8/22, 9/8, 9/15, 9/29, 10/1, 10/8, 10/22, 11/8, 11/22, 12/1, 12/8, 12/22, 12/29. Show up at the bottom-leftmost tennis court near the entrance of Taylor Park at noon.

Car Wash Drive: Register using the Registration Form (linked at the bottom of the page), show up on 8/1 (10:00 AM), at the drop-off line in front of the Millburn High School. (Materials are already provided)

Rocktoberfest: Volunteer to hand out tickets, check for kids’ registration, and set up the event between 1:30 – 5:00 at Taylor Park. (Rain date is September 30th). Also, have fun!

Library Work!: On December 13th, Millburn hosts its annual chess tournament at the Millburn Public Library. Volunteer to help set up gameboards/game pieces, and proctor throughout the event from 12:00 – 4:30 (on 12/13 at the Millburn Library).

Planting work!: We try to maintain our wonderful name of “residents of the Garden State” by planting wildlife to promote our “greenness”. Thus, volunteer at the back entrance at South Mountain Elementary School to plant a variety of flowers alongside the elderly.

Red Ribbon Week: To promote non-alcoholic usage and to raise awareness for drugs, help out the elderly at Taylor Park on 10/20 from 12:00 – 1:30 to create Red Ribbons, as a reminder to not do drugs!

Other Fun Events!

STEAMFest: For the past two years, Millburn’s annual STEAMFest has been held virtually due to COVID restrictions. However, this year, they will hold the event in the Lower Gym at the Millburn High School. So, you can volunteer to help proctor students taking the variety of tests on 12/1 from 2:00 – 3:30 (also, you can attend the medal ceremony for fun!).

Winter Village: There will be a Winter Village in Downtown Millburn, located at the Main Street Pedestrian Mall on Saturday, December 3rd and Sunday, December 4th. So, volunteer from 1:00 – 3:00 on both days to help set up the Caroler Performance and to maintain Millburn’s legacy of having delicious hot chocolates!

Winter Walk: Taylor Park in Millburn is hosting a holiday light show from November 20, 2022 until January 15, 2023. You can help make this event awesome by helping at Taylor Park on any of the dates listed at any time between 11:30 and 2:30: 10/15, 10/22, 11/8, 11/18, 11/19.
