Question – Do you need to bring any materials if you are volunteering?
Answer – No, all materials will be provided, unless the event/service description says otherwise. (Extras are fine if you really want to, and of course, if you are more comfortable using your own supplies!)
Question – What about the schedule for next year?
Answer – Our schedule for events/services reset every year. We usually do not list events that occur from December 23rd – January 5th due to the holidays and most people travelling. During this time, we will send out the schedule in advance for the next year for the volunteers to see what fits best in their schedule.
Question – What if we have an emergency and will need to cancel?
Answer – Most cancellations are accepted. However, if you do not cancel at least 24 hors before your service, you will get what we call a “Potato Penalty”. 😀 See https://23tara.ivystudent.website/how-our-program-works/ for more information.
